It was wonderful and enlightening catching up with the Director of the Camden County Board of Commissioners, my old friend, and fellow Rutgers Law School graduate, Louis Cappelli, Jr., Esq. at this year’s “Fall Frolic” hosted by the Camden County Bar Association. Lou has been a “public servant” since we graduated law school way back in the eighties. He still cares and we’re lucky to have him!
