Howard S. Mendelson to Participate in the Ultimate Supreme Court Debate

The Camden County Bar Association will be presenting a special seminar this coming September entitled the Ultimate Supreme Court Debate. This special seminar will be presented in Cherry Hill, New Jersey on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 beginning at 4:00 PM and ending at 6:15 PM. Howard S. Mendelson, Esq. has been asked to participate in this special seminar and, as such, will be participating in mock oral arguments between counsel addressing the leading Supreme Court decisions and constitutional issues of our time: free speech and election financing, same-sex marriage, gun rights, and abortion.

This informative and educational presentation will include arguments of counsel both for and against the existing Supreme Court precedents in each of these areas of constitutional law. Mr. Mendelson is honored to be chosen by the Camden County Bar Association as a presenter for this upcoming special seminar and looks forward to arguing issues that are generally only argued before the United States Supreme Court.
