
Michaela J. Rygalski, Esq. is a first-generation attorney who was born and raised in Bucks County, PA and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. She began her career at D&M as a law clerk before joining the firm as an associate attorney. Michaela earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School – Camden in 2024, after graduating from Temple University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She was admitted as a member of the New Jersey Bar in 2025.
While attending Rutgers, Michaela was actively involved in student leadership and public service. During her second year, she served as Secretary of the Women’s Law Caucus, and assisted in supporting programming for women entering the legal profession. Michaela also gained valuable experience as an intern with the Department of Children and Families at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, where she assisted with matters impacting children facing abuse and neglect across the state.
In addition to her coursework, Michaela volunteered with The Honorable Judith H. Wizmur Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project, working alongside volunteer attorneys to assist individuals considering Chapter 7 “no asset” bankruptcy filings. In recognition of her service, Michaela was awarded the Pro Bono Publico Award upon graduation.
Outside of the office, Michaela enjoys traveling to national parks, experimenting with new recipes, and cheering on all of Philadelphia’s sports teams. She is deeply connected to her Bristol Borough community and gives back as a member of the advisory board for her alma mater, St. Mark Catholic School. Michaela values spending time with family and friends, as well as her dog, Ember.
